Steven Patrick Dunn is a third generation Real Estate professional in Southern California with over 27 years of experience throughout the industry. After working in the southern OC coastal residential market in the mid 1990’s, Steve went into the online Real Estate Information industry opening the western US offices of CoStar Group, the leading provider of commercial Real Estate information in the US. By 2004 Steve had become the Chief of Global Research at CBRE, where he developed the first Global Research Team with over 500 team members in 100 countries, publishing the foundational Global Investment Report.

 In 2009 during the Recession, the FDIC requested Steve’s help in evaluating the commercial loan portfolios in failed banks. Steve was instrumental in assisting the FDIC manage and resolve a massive national commercial portfolio. After the FDIC Steve joined City National Bank, where he was a Senior Vice President in Private Wealth Management, specializing in advising family office real estate firms.

Steve is now back where he started, working with South OC Beach home owners. Steve’s family were 50-year residents of The Capistrano Bay Community, owning and building several homes there. His knowledge of Beachfront ownership, including California Coastal Commission issues, is vital to all who own or desire to have a beachfront home in Orange County.
